KIA

KIA wanted to use a standard architectural design. They needed an engineering firm that could take the lead on all of the design elements outside of the building. HBA Design Group was contracted for building siting, parking lot design, auto carrier entry design, landscape design, as well as the typical civil engineering permitting and project management. The site was developed without issue and is now a functional part of the Everett business community.

Crown Distributing

Crown Distributing, the largest beverage distributor in the area, decided to relocate its corporate headquarters from Everett to Arlington. HBA Design Group worked with the company to locate its new home and help them plan a 112-acre business park surrounding the new headquarters site. The site now supports a 115,000 square foot headquarters, and plans are underway to re-establish Edgecomb Creek, a major fish habitat and to develop the business park.

Arlington Airport Business Park

HBA Design Group has worked for over eight years with the City of Arlington and a private partnership to design and permit a 125-acre business park around the Arlington Airport. The entitlements required NEPA and SEPA approvals and interactions with Federal, State and local agencies, the local tribes and the aviation community. HBA Design Group is currently working with the public-private partnership to complete the engineering design.
