Cascade Cottages

Cascade Cottages is a single-family detached dwelling unit design set on a multiple-family site. The project density is more typical of that found in multiple-family developments. HBA Design Group civil engineers, planners and landscape designers achieved the client's goals by working with CJC Architects to develop a unified building. landscape and civil engineering design. The end result is a beautiful, livable single-family neighborhood with a density of 24 dwelling units per acre.

Alderbrook

This new neighborhood south of Everett, Washington is a high-density single-family development. The project site had been under contract several times and failed on feasibility with other firms due to the too shallow sanitary sewer service. HBA Design Group applied creative, out-of-the-box thinking and designed a gravity sanitary sewer that the local district accepted. Now the site is developing as a comfortable, new neighborhood in the South Everett area.
