Our land use planning professionals include two certified AICP planners and a veteran staff with experience in every phase of public and private sector projects. Our planners have expertise in comprehensive planning, writing and analysis of development codes, site design, green design, master planning, permitting, and public involvement. They are skilled at processing and entitling difficult and complex projects of all kinds.

Our engineering team includes four Professional Engineers, EIT’s, Engineering Technicians, Drafters and a fully integrated CAD staff with years of municipal and private sector design experience. They are regional leaders in developing low impact stormwater management alternatives, as well as conventional stormwater management design. In addition, our engineers have extensive experience in residential and commercial site design, road design, transportation design, water and wastewater conveyance systems. They regularly work on projects from simple residential plats to complex municipal, commercial, and industrial projects.

Founded in 1993, HBA Design Group has steadily developed and expanded our services in response to the needs of our growing client base in both the public and private sectors. Today, HBA Design Group is a multi-disciplinary firm employing experienced project managers, civil engineers, planners, landscape and site designers and computer technicians with offices in Everett, Washington and Springfield, Oregon.
